For either or both parties

The BMC's skills, experience and market position enable a number of services which can be appropriate if the buyer and seller are already in contact:

Valuation services - Business valuation is composed of objective calculation based upon subjective opinion (of both maintainable earnings and the multiple applied to those earnings). The BMC is well suited to advising on both the future value of earnings and the stability and market dominance of a business and this advice can be an excellent negotiation tool.

Negotiation services - The BMC may assist with or conduct the negotiation on behalf of one of the parties, due to location, market intimacy, experience, available time or emotional distance.

Analytical services - Investigation, repudiation, analysis and integration planning

Many good sales fail to proceed because either buyer or seller lacks the uninterrupted time, the skills, the process knowledge, the freedom from distraction or the distanced perspective that are needed. Don't let that happen to you - get the experts to help!
